Top 5 AEO, GEO & SEO Agencies in India (2026)

Five AEO, GEO and SEO agencies for Indian B2B buyers, checked on their own sites, with selection criteria, a comparison table and DPDP notes.

Short answerOur five picks for India are Lemniscate Growth (our own firm), Techmagnate, iQuanti, upGrowth and Social Beat. Lemniscate fits B2B tech companies that need search to build pipeline in India and abroad, while the others cover multi-city enterprise SEO, US-facing financial services, startup growth marketing and multilingual consumer campaigns.

Indian B2B companies sell into two very different search environments. A SaaS exporter in Pune or Chennai needs to show up when a procurement lead in Ohio asks ChatGPT for vendor options. An IT services firm or manufacturer selling at home needs Google results that Indian buyers trust.

Both groups now deal with answers instead of lists. Google shows AI Overviews and AI Mode, and buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini to shortlist vendors before they fill in a form. An agency that only reports keyword positions will miss a large part of that picture.

This guide covers five agencies that serve India nationally, with notes on who each one suits. Disclosure: this list is published by Lemniscate Growth, which is included. We checked every firm's own website for this update. Last checked: September 2026.

How we chose

  • The firm is operating now, and its website loads and describes current services.
  • It lists SEO or search services, and we note where it also lists content, LLM or AI search work.
  • It has an office in India or clearly serves Indian clients from an Indian team.
  • Its site is specific about services, industries or approach, so buyers can judge fit.
  • Taken together, the five cover different buyer types: B2B exporters, multi-city enterprises, financial services, startups and consumer brands.

Inclusion is based on what each firm publishes on its own site. We did not use ratings, awards or client lists, and we do not describe any firm's fees.

1. Lemniscate Growth

Lemniscate Growth is a B2B revenue pipeline generation agency, and AEO, GEO and SEO is one of its core services. It is registered in the US and Dubai, with its team in Hyderabad, and works with 35+ active clients on programs that aim for up to $10M in pipeline per client. Search work is tied to the rest of the funnel, so rankings and AI citations are judged by the meetings they produce.

Best for: Indian and India-run B2B technology companies that sell to the US, UK or EU and want search to feed a sales pipeline.

Services: AEO, GEO and SEO, technical and content SEO, AI visibility benchmarking, and pipeline programs across the funnel.

Why it made the list: This is our own firm, so weigh this entry accordingly. For IQLECT, a real-time analytics platform, organic search and technical content built a $6.4M pipeline (IQLECT case study), and St. Martinus University gained about 3,600% more visibility (St. Martinus case study). Consumer brands that need high-volume Hindi or regional-language content, or large media buying, will likely be better served by a full-service firm on this list.

2. Techmagnate

Techmagnate's corporate office is in New Delhi, and its contact page lists further offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Chennai. Its homepage says it helps brands own every search result, from Google rankings to AI answers. It also publishes search trend reports on Indian categories such as home loans, mutual funds and travel.

Best for: Larger Indian brands in BFSI, education, healthcare or B2B that want an established SEO team with offices in several metros.

Services: SEO, AI SEO and LLM optimization, content marketing, paid marketing, app store optimization, hyperlocal listings, conversion rate optimization, martech and web development, as listed on its site.

Why it made the list: It lists LLM optimization as a named service next to classic SEO, and it names BFSI and B2B among its industries. Its multi-city footprint suits national programs. Ask how it measures AI answer visibility and how its B2B work differs from consumer campaigns.

3. iQuanti

iQuanti describes itself as an AI-native growth marketing company. Its headquarters is in Jersey City, New Jersey, and its careers pages refer to operations in India alongside offices in the US, UK, Singapore, Canada and Mexico. The work shown on its site leans heavily toward US banking, credit card, insurance and fintech brands.

Best for: Indian fintech and financial services companies, or India-based teams of global BFSI brands, that need search built for the US market.

Services: Performance marketing, generative engine optimization, creative and experience optimization, marketing analytics and marketing technology. It also lists its own enterprise SEO platform, ALPS.

Why it made the list: Its GEO page says it aims to enhance strategic SEO with drivers for AI visibility on generative AI platforms, and it publishes research on how financial brands get cited in AI search. It is most relevant to firms selling into the US and a less obvious fit for domestic SMB programs.

4. upGrowth

upGrowth lists its registered office in Pune and a local presence in cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmedabad. It describes its focus as growth at the intersection of digital and AI. Its site names generative engine optimization as a service and offers a tool that compares GEO, AEO and SEO.

Best for: Indian startups and growth-stage companies in fintech, edtech, SaaS, healthcare and D2C that want SEO and GEO handled by one growth team.

Services: SEO and organic search marketing (including global SEO), generative engine optimization, paid search, social media marketing and performance marketing.

Why it made the list: It names GEO directly rather than folding AI search into general SEO, and its city list suits companies running programs across several Indian markets. Ask how GEO results are measured and which platforms it tracks.

5. Social Beat

Social Beat lists offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR and Mumbai and calls itself a digital growth partner to brands in India. Its service list includes multi-lingual marketing, which matters for brands that need content beyond English. SEO sits within a wider mix of media buying, video, influencer and automation work.

Best for: Consumer, BFSI, education and real estate brands that need SEO alongside multilingual campaigns, video and paid media.

Services: Content and SEO strategy, digital media planning and buying, social media, video, influencer marketing, programmatic advertising, marketing automation, multi-lingual marketing and market research.

Why it made the list: Its SEO page covers on-page content, technical structure including schema markup, and off-page digital PR, and its multilingual offer helps with national consumer reach. Its site does not mention AI search, AEO or GEO, so ask how it tracks visibility in AI Overviews and chat assistants.

How to choose an AEO, GEO and SEO agency in India

Decide which engines and countries matter

Start with where your buyers are. If most revenue comes from the US or UK, the agency must build content that ranks and gets cited in those markets, with spelling, examples and proof that foreign buyers recognize.

If you sell mainly inside India, check how the agency handles Indian search behavior, from city-level queries to buyers who mix English and Hindi in one search. Many companies need both, and the plan should say how effort is split.

Treat AI answers as part of search

Google says there are no additional requirements or special optimizations needed to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. A page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet, so technical SEO and clear content still do most of the work.

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini draw on a wider set of sources, including reviews, comparison pages and third-party mentions. Ask agencies how they check what these assistants say about you today. Our guide to benchmarking AI visibility shows one way to set a baseline.

Plan for the DPDP Act before you scale lead capture

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act was enacted in August 2023, and the government notified the DPDP Rules on November 13, 2025. According to DLA Piper's summary, consent manager provisions apply from November 13, 2026, and most other substantive obligations from May 2027, eighteen months after notification.

Search programs create forms, gated reports and newsletter sign-ups. Ask the agency how it handles consent notices and tracking on those pages, and confirm details with your own legal counsel.

Check procurement fit early

Large Indian enterprises often require vendor onboarding, NDAs and access controls before work starts. Ask who will need access to Search Console, analytics and CRM data, and how that access is removed when the engagement ends.

For a full working method, see our AEO and GEO playbook. If you want a partner in a specific city, see our pages for Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Mumbai, or the city lists for Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

Questions to ask on the first call

  1. How will you split effort between Google in India and the search engines and AI assistants used in our export markets?
  2. How do you measure whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews mention or cite us, and how often do you report it?
  3. Who writes our technical content, and how do they get enough product knowledge to be accurate?
  4. Will you create content in Hindi or other Indian languages, and who reviews it?
  5. How will our lead forms, consent notices and tracking change as DPDP obligations come into force?
  6. What access do you need to Search Console, analytics and our CRM, and how do you connect search work to pipeline?
  7. Who works on our account day to day, and where are they based?

Red flags

  • Guaranteed first-page rankings or guaranteed placement in AI answers.
  • Reports built only on traffic and keyword counts, with no link to leads or pipeline.
  • Bulk AI-written pages published with no subject-matter review.
  • Link packages sold by volume, with no explanation of where the links come from.
  • No clear answer on who owns the content, accounts and data if you part ways.
  • The same plan offered to a domestic retailer and a US-facing SaaS company.

Which AEO, GEO and SEO agencies are on this India list?

The five picks are Lemniscate Growth, Techmagnate, iQuanti, upGrowth and Social Beat. Lemniscate Growth publishes this list and is included, so we disclose that at the top. Each other firm was checked against its own website in September 2026 for current services, an office in India or clear service of Indian clients, and specific information buyers can use.

What is the difference between AEO, GEO and SEO?

SEO improves how pages rank in search engines such as Google. AEO, or answer engine optimization, focuses on being the source used for direct answers, including AI Overviews. GEO, or generative engine optimization, aims to get a brand mentioned and cited by assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. In practice the three share the same base: technical health, clear content and credible third-party mentions.

Does the DPDP Act affect SEO and AI search programs in India?

Indirectly, yes. Search programs generate lead forms, gated downloads and tracking, all of which involve personal data. The DPDP Rules were notified on November 13, 2025, and most substantive obligations apply from May 2027, according to DLA Piper's summary. Ask your agency how it handles consent notices on landing pages, and confirm your own obligations with legal counsel.

Should an Indian SaaS company selling to the US hire an Indian or a US agency?

Location matters less than market knowledge. The agency should show it can research US buyer questions, write for US readers and earn mentions on sites US buyers trust. Many India-based teams do this well. Ask for examples of content that ranks or gets cited in the US, and check who reviews technical accuracy before anything is published.
