A pipeline is a system. Every stage needs its own specialist.

Visibility, engagement and conversion are different jobs with different skills. We staff each stage with specialists, run them as one program against your revenue number, and build the funnel first if you do not have one yet.

The short answerRevenue pipeline generation is the work of creating qualified sales opportunities across the full B2B funnel: visibility at the top, engagement inside target accounts in the middle and meetings and conversion at the bottom. Lemniscate Growth runs every stage as one coordinated program, building up to $10M of pipeline per client across North America, India, Singapore and the GCC.

Before any channel can scale, you need an ICP a prospector can act on, positioning buyers repeat, an entry offer and a CRM that tracks first touch to opportunity. We build that, then test channels against real buyers.

The method behind every service

The ∞ Pipeline Method. Specialists at every stage.

Every client program runs the same system. Each stage has its own specialists and components; signals flow down through all four, and what converts feeds straight back into what we build next.

The Lemniscate Pipeline Method Four stages run as one program: Build (ICP, positioning, offer, website, CRM, revenue math), Visibility (SEO, AEO and GEO, CXO branding, content, events, listicles, partner directories), Engagement (ABM tiers, LinkedIn outreach, outbound, webinars, SI and partner channel, nurture) and Conversion (appointment setting, rep briefs, demo and CRO, show-rate control, pipeline reviews, revenue and insights). Why one team across the funnel beats five vendors with five dashboards.

Most B2B companies buy pipeline in pieces. An SEO agency reports rankings, an outbound vendor reports meetings booked, an events team reports badge scans and a freelancer reports impressions. Each vendor can hit its own number while pipeline stays short, because nobody owns the handoffs between stages.

Running the stages as one program changes what gets optimized. The account list used for ABM is the same one outbound works and the same one events target. The executive's LinkedIn posts warm the accounts the SDRs are about to contact. Objections heard in meetings flow back into content and positioning within weeks, not quarters.

It also makes the number honest. We report against a single pipeline model that works back from your revenue target to opportunities, meetings and activity by stage. That is how our programs build up to $10M of pipeline per client, with clients closing about $2.4M in sales per account per year on average.

Ways to work with us

Three ways in. Scoped to your revenue target.

Full-funnel program

Lemniscate runs every stage your pipeline needs, from GTM build to conversion, against one revenue target and one reporting model. Best for companies that want a single accountable partner for pipeline.

Single-stage sprint

A focused engagement on one stage where the gap is clearest, such as AEO and SEO, ABM, outbound or appointment setting, with the option to extend into adjacent stages once results are proven.

Fractional CMO

Mac, Lemniscate's founder, joins as your fractional CMO, part time or full time, owning strategy, team, vendors and the pipeline number. Best for teams that want one senior person in charge instead of an agency.

How to choose between a full-funnel program, a single-stage sprint and a fractional CMO

The right engagement depends less on budget than on where pipeline is breaking and who owns the number today. Three questions usually settle it: is there a working ICP and positioning, is there a senior marketing leader, and how many stages of the funnel are weak at once.

Choose a single-stage sprint when one gap is clear and the rest of the funnel works, for example strong inbound with poor meeting conversion, or good positioning with no visibility in AI search. Start with services such as AEO and SEO or appointment setting, then extend once results are proven.

Choose a full-funnel program when several stages are weak together, when five vendors report green while pipeline stays short, or when there is no funnel at all. One team runs GTM, visibility, engagement and conversion against one target.

Choose a fractional CMO when the missing piece is senior ownership: someone to set strategy, direct the team and vendors, and report to the board.

  • No ICP or positioning yet: start with GTM build, inside a full-funnel program or as a sprint.
  • One clear bottleneck and a capable team: single-stage sprint.
  • Several weak stages and no single owner: full-funnel program.
  • Plenty of vendors but no leader: fractional CMO, with or without delivery support.
  • Unsure which applies: a free audit names the weakest stage and the first move.

What is a revenue pipeline generation agency?

A revenue pipeline generation agency is responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities, not just leads or traffic. It works across the funnel, combining visibility channels like search and events, engagement channels like ABM and outbound, and conversion work like appointment setting and CRO. Lemniscate Growth reports against a pipeline model tied to your revenue target.

What is the difference between a full funnel marketing agency and a demand generation agency?

A demand generation agency typically focuses on creating interest and leads, often through content, paid media and outbound. A full funnel agency also covers the stages before and after: building the GTM foundation when there is no funnel, and converting interest into held meetings and opportunities. The difference shows in what gets reported.

Do we need every service to work with Lemniscate Growth?

No. Many clients start with a single-stage sprint where the gap is clearest, such as AEO and SEO, ABM or appointment setting. We will tell you if a problem at one stage is really caused by another, for example outbound struggling because the ICP was never defined, and recommend the smallest sensible scope.

How do you decide which stage to start with?

We start from your revenue target and current data. If there is no reliable ICP, positioning or CRM tracking, we build that first. If there is traffic but few meetings, conversion is the bottleneck. If the right accounts do not know you, visibility and engagement come first. The free audit is designed to answer this question.

Which markets and industries do you work in?

Lemniscate Growth runs programs across the USA, Canada, India tier-1 cities, Singapore and the GCC, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Qatar and Kuwait. Core industries include system integrators, B2B SaaS and AI, crypto and Web3, supply chain tech, legal and procurement tech, cybersecurity, healthcare IT and higher education.

How do you measure success across the funnel?

Each stage has its own leading indicators, such as AI citation share, engaged accounts or show rate, but every program reports against the same outcomes: qualified meetings held, opportunities created and pipeline value in your CRM. We agree definitions with your sales team before launch, so the numbers mean the same thing to everyone.

What should I ask a full funnel B2B marketing agency before hiring one?

Ask how they decide which funnel stage to fix first and what data they need to decide it. Ask whether one account list is shared across ABM, outbound and events, who owns the handoffs between stages, and how meetings are qualified. Ask to see a pipeline report that ties channel activity to opportunities in the CRM. An agency that reports each channel separately is not running a full funnel.

Is one full funnel agency better than hiring separate specialist agencies?

It is usually better when pipeline is short and nobody owns the handoffs between stages. Separate agencies can each hit their own metrics while the account list, messaging and follow-up drift apart. One team keeps the same target accounts, story and reporting across every channel. Separate specialists can work well when you already have a strong in-house leader coordinating them against one pipeline number.

How long does a full-funnel pipeline program take to show results?

Outbound, LinkedIn, appointment setting and event meetings can produce qualified conversations within weeks and early opportunities within the first quarter. AEO, SEO and ABM compound over two to three quarters. A full-funnel program runs both together, so early meetings fund confidence while slower channels build. KNNX, starting with no funnel, reached $12M of pipeline in 28 months with that combination.

How much time does our team need to commit to a pipeline generation program?

The heaviest commitment is in the first weeks, when leadership and sales agree the ICP, account list, positioning, qualification criteria and pipeline target. After launch, expect a weekly pipeline review of about an hour, quick approvals on messaging and executive content, and sales time for the meetings the program creates. Research, content, outreach, events and reporting sit with the Lemniscate Growth team.
