Dubai is where many international companies set up their Gulf entity, so the buyers a Dubai firm wants to reach often sit in London, Singapore or New York as well as in the UAE. They research vendors mostly in English, sometimes in Arabic, and more of them now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot for a shortlist before they open a single search result.
That changes what a search agency has to deliver. Rankings still matter, but so does whether an AI assistant names your company, describes it accurately and points to a page that answers a buyer's due diligence questions.
This guide covers five firms that serve Dubai, what each says it does, and how to judge them for B2B work in free zones, fintech and crypto.
Disclosure: this list is published by Lemniscate Growth, which is included. We describe every other firm only from what it publishes on its own website. Last checked: September 2026.
How we chose
- A working website that we could load and read during our check.
- SEO or search services listed on the firm's own site.
- An office in Dubai or a clear, stated focus on UAE clients.
- Published detail on services, industries or approach, not just a contact form.
- Relevance to B2B buyers, including whether the firm says it works on AI search (GEO or AEO).
Inclusion is based on what each firm publishes on its own site. We did not use ratings, awards or client lists, and the order after entry 1 is not a ranking.
1. Lemniscate Growth
Lemniscate Growth is a B2B revenue pipeline generation agency, and AEO, GEO and SEO are a core part of that work. The firm is registered in the US and Dubai, with its team in Hyderabad, and has 35+ active clients. The goal is qualified pipeline, up to $10M per client, rather than traffic for its own sake.
Best for: B2B technology, fintech and crypto infrastructure companies in Dubai that sell to international buyers and need search and AI answers to feed a sales pipeline.
Services: Answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, technical and content SEO, plus connected pipeline work such as account-based marketing and events.
Why it made the list: This is our own firm, so weigh that. We include it because our Dubai work fits this market: CipherBC, a Dubai crypto infrastructure company that could not run US ads, built pipeline with organic and AI search first. If you are a consumer brand that needs heavy Arabic content production or large local social campaigns, a Dubai full-service agency may suit you better.

2. SEO Sherpa
SEO Sherpa describes itself as a conversion-first agency that helps brands get found wherever customers search. It lists an office in Dubai Internet City, along with offices in London, Miami, Riyadh and Singapore. Its service menu includes a "ChatGPT SEO (GEO)" service aimed at visibility in large language models.
Best for: Companies that want a dedicated search agency with a Dubai office and a named service for AI assistant visibility, alongside search on YouTube, TikTok and app stores.
Services: Technical SEO, local SEO, content marketing, link building, digital PR, paid search, conversion rate optimization, GEO, and platform search such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram SEO.
Why it made the list: Search is the center of its offer rather than one line in a long menu, and its site names GEO as a distinct service. Its "Search Everywhere" framing matches how Dubai buyers now discover vendors across several platforms. Ask how it measures citations in AI answers for B2B terms, since much of its site speaks to broad commercial search.
3. Digital NEXA
NEXA says its head office is in Dubai, with further offices listed in Riyadh, New York and Birmingham. It presents itself as an AI and digital solutions agency and a HubSpot solutions partner. Its Dubai SEO page lists audits, technical SEO, backlinks, content, penalty recovery and conversion work, along with generative engine optimization.
Best for: B2B companies that want SEO connected to HubSpot CRM, lead generation campaigns and website work under one roof.
Services: SEO audits, technical SEO, link building, SEO content, conversion rate optimization, GEO and generative search optimization, PPC, social media, web development, HubSpot implementation and video.
Why it made the list: NEXA lists B2B marketing among its industries and ties search to CRM and lead generation, which helps when you need to see which organic visits became opportunities. Its SEO page frames the goal as the value of organic traffic, not only rankings.
4. Chain Reaction
Chain Reaction describes itself as a fully integrated digital agency, with offices listed in Dubai Production City, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Amman and Cairo. SEO sits alongside paid media, social, video, web development, branding, data analytics, programmatic advertising and training.
Best for: Regional brands that want SEO run alongside paid media and analytics by one agency with offices across the Gulf and the Levant.
Services: SEO, paid media and PPC, social media, video production, web development, branding and design, UI and UX, data analytics, programmatic advertising, CRM, training and consultancy.
Why it made the list: Its office footprint suits Dubai companies expanding into Saudi Arabia, Jordan or Egypt. Its site does not describe AI search or GEO services, so ask directly how it would track your brand in ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews.
5. Prism Digital
Prism Digital describes itself as a full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, and its contact page also lists offices in Vancouver and Mumbai. Its Dubai SEO page splits the work into technical, local, Arabic, on-page and off-page SEO. It also lists GEO and AEO for getting content cited by AI tools.
Best for: Companies that need bilingual Arabic and English SEO and want it packaged with paid media, social and web design.
Services: Technical SEO, local SEO, Arabic SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, GEO and AEO, PPC, social media, branding, web design and development, video and PR.
Why it made the list: It names Arabic SEO and AI citation work on the same page, which few firms we checked do. It lists B2B and enterprise among its industries, next to hospitality, real estate and e-commerce, so ask for B2B examples that match your sales cycle.

How to choose an AEO, GEO and SEO agency in Dubai
Know which rules apply to your entity and your data
Dubai companies may operate on the mainland or in a free zone, and the rules can differ. The UAE government portal says the Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, came into force on 2 January 2022. The same portal notes that the DIFC has its own Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020.
For search work, this matters as soon as an agency sets up tracking, lead forms or CRM integrations. Ask who configures consent and where form data is stored.
Crypto and fintech content needs a review step
If you market virtual assets from Dubai, the VARA rulebook says entities must comply with its Regulations on the Marketing of Virtual Assets and Related Activities 2024. Comparison pages, explainers and FAQ content written for AI answers can fall within that scope.
Check with your compliance team, and make sure the agency builds review time into its content calendar. An agency that publishes fast without that step creates risk you will carry.
Write for international buyers, not only Dubai searchers
Many Dubai B2B firms sell into Europe, the US and Asia. Your priority terms may be global English queries, with Arabic pages aimed at GCC government and enterprise buyers.
Google recommends separate URLs for each language version rather than switching language with cookies or browser settings, and hreflang annotations to connect those versions. Arabic buyers also phrase queries differently from English speakers, so ask for Arabic keyword research by native speakers, not translation.
Treat AI answers as a channel you measure
Google says there are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode beyond sound SEO practice. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot also draw on third-party sources, so free zone directory listings, partner pages and trade press shape what they say about you.
Set a baseline before you hire. Our guide on how to benchmark AI visibility shows how, and the AEO and GEO playbook covers what to fix first.
For our own approach in this market, see the Dubai AEO, GEO and SEO agency page. If you also sell into neighboring markets, compare our lists for Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.
Questions to ask on the first call
- Which of our buyers sit outside the UAE, and how would you split English and Arabic work between them?
- How will you check what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot say about us today, and how often will you repeat that check?
- Who writes our Arabic content, and are they native speakers with B2B experience?
- How do you handle content review for regulated sectors such as fintech or virtual assets?
- Which analytics, consent and CRM setup do you need, and who owns the data if we part ways?
- Can you show B2B work where search led to sales meetings, not only traffic?
- How is pricing scoped, and what sits inside and outside the agreed work?
Red flags
- Guaranteed first-page rankings or guaranteed mentions in ChatGPT.
- Arabic pages produced by machine translation with no native review.
- Reports that stop at traffic and keyword positions, with no link to leads or pipeline.
- No plan for hreflang or separate language URLs on a bilingual site.
- Crypto or fintech content published without a compliance review step.
- Reluctance to give you admin access to your own analytics and Search Console.
