Riyadh has become the main target for B2B vendors entering Saudi Arabia. Government bodies, national champions and a growing number of regional headquarters sit in the capital, and their buying decisions are shaped by programs under Vision 2030.
Saudi buyers expect Arabic. Many decision makers work comfortably in English, but much of the public sector operates in Arabic, and buyers often search and prompt AI assistants in Arabic first. An English-only site reaches only part of that audience, which is where many foreign vendors fall short.
This guide covers our own firm plus four agencies that list a Riyadh office, and what to ask each before you commit.
Disclosure: this list is published by Lemniscate Growth, which is included. Everything we say about the other four comes from their own websites. Last checked: September 2026.
How we chose
- We loaded each firm's own website and read its service pages.
- SEO appears in the firm's published services.
- For the four firms other than our own, the firm's site lists an office in Riyadh.
- The site shows what the firm does for Saudi clients or in Arabic, and we note where it does not.
- We checked whether each firm says it works on AI search and report what we found.
Inclusion is based on what each firm publishes on its own site. One firm from the earlier version was replaced because its current site does not list SEO among its services.
1. Lemniscate Growth
Lemniscate Growth is a B2B revenue pipeline generation agency with AEO, GEO and SEO as a core service. It is registered in the US and Dubai, runs its team from Hyderabad, and has 35+ active clients. Engagements are built around pipeline, up to $10M per client.
Best for: International B2B software and IT services companies entering Saudi Arabia that need English and Arabic search content tied to enterprise pipeline.
Services: AEO, GEO, technical SEO, content programs, account-based marketing and pipeline reporting.
Why it made the list: This is our own firm. We include it for companies that sell complex software into Saudi enterprises: for IQLECT, a real-time analytics platform, organic search and technical content built a $6.4M pipeline. We do not have a Riyadh office, so if you need a team on the ground every week or high-volume Arabic consumer content, a local agency in this list may be a better match.

2. Chain Reaction
Chain Reaction lists a Riyadh office as part of a network that also includes Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Amman and Cairo. It describes itself as a fully integrated digital agency, with SEO next to paid media, social, programmatic advertising, data analytics and CRM.
Best for: Brands running campaigns in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia that want one agency to coordinate search and paid media across both markets.
Services: SEO, paid media and PPC, social media, video production, web development, branding and design, UI and UX, data analytics, programmatic advertising, CRM, training and consultancy.
Why it made the list: The cross-border office network is useful for companies whose Gulf marketing is run from Dubai but whose buyers sit in Riyadh. It does not describe AI search or GEO services on its site, so ask how it would track Arabic answers from ChatGPT and Gemini.
3. Bytes Future
Bytes Future describes itself as a digital marketing and advertising agency headquartered in Riyadh that also serves the UAE and Bahrain. It combines digital, social media and traditional marketing, with SEO, web development, Google advertising and animated video in its service list. Its listed sectors include healthcare, financial institutions, technology, telecommunications and government entities.
Best for: Saudi organizations that want SEO as part of a wider campaign mix that includes social media, video and traditional channels.
Services: SEO, social media marketing, PPC and Google advertising, web development, animated videos, in-app advertising and traditional marketing.
Why it made the list: It is headquartered in Riyadh, and its listed sectors include government entities and technology, two core B2B audiences in the capital. Its site does not describe AI search work, so ask what it would do about Arabic answers in AI assistants.
4. SEO Sherpa
SEO Sherpa lists a Riyadh office in Laysen Valley on King Khalid Road, as well as offices in Dubai, London, Miami and Singapore. It describes itself as conversion-first. Its services include technical SEO, content and link building, search on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and a GEO service for visibility in large language models.
Best for: Companies that want a specialist search agency with a Riyadh office and a named service for ChatGPT and other AI assistants.
Services: Technical SEO, keyword research, content creation, link building, local SEO, digital PR, conversion rate optimization, GEO, and TikTok, Instagram and YouTube SEO.
Why it made the list: Search is its main business, and it has a physical office in Riyadh. Its Riyadh page stresses search beyond Google, which matches how Saudi audiences discover content across platforms. That page does not specifically mention Arabic-language optimization, so ask who writes and reviews Arabic content.
5. Digital Wasfa
Digital Wasfa describes itself as a full-service agency based in Al Malaz, Riyadh, that builds, ranks and grows Saudi brands. It says it delivers in Arabic and English with bilingual native speakers. It also calls itself an AI digital marketing agency that optimizes for Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity and Gemini.
Best for: Saudi companies that want web development, SEO, paid ads and AI search visibility handled by one in-house Arabic and English team.
Services: Web and app development, e-commerce, SEO, AI search optimization, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, social media, branding, content writing and video editing.
Why it made the list: Of the firms we checked, it is the most explicit about both bilingual delivery and AI answer engines, two central issues for Saudi search. It says the same team owns strategy, build and growth, so there is no handoff between vendors. Ask for B2B examples, since its services also cover e-commerce and paid social.

How to choose an AEO, GEO and SEO agency in Saudi Arabia
Build Arabic first, then English
Many foreign vendors launch in Saudi Arabia with an English site and a handful of translated pages. For government and large enterprise buyers, that often falls short.
Plan Arabic pages as primary content for Saudi audiences, written from Arabic keyword research, with English versions connected through hreflang on separate URLs. Arabic queries vary in dialect, spelling and word order, so a buyer may use Gulf phrasing or formal Modern Standard Arabic. Right-to-left layouts, number formats and Arabic structured data all need testing on mobile.
Connect content to the programs your buyers run
Many Riyadh procurement conversations tie back to national transformation programs under Vision 2030. Content that explains how your product supports a specific buyer goal gives searchers and AI assistants something concrete to cite.
Avoid broad references to national ambitions with no link to your product. Evaluators see a lot of that, and it does not help an assistant describe what you actually do.
Make your local presence visible
The Ministry of Investment promotes Saudi Arabia as a regional hub for multinational companies through its Regional Headquarters program. If your company has set up or plans a Riyadh presence, show it: a Saudi address, local leadership pages and Arabic press coverage help buyers and AI assistants connect your brand to the market.
Treat lead data as regulated
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law was issued in September 2021, and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) runs a national platform for compliance, registration and complaints under it. Search programs collect personal data through forms, chat and analytics, so agree with your agency who configures consent and where data is stored.
Measure AI answers in Arabic
Run the same buying question through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot in Arabic and English each quarter. Google states that AI Overviews and AI Mode have no extra requirements beyond standard SEO, so strong Arabic pages help there, while other assistants also draw on Saudi media and industry sites. Start with AEO and GEO for beginners if these terms are new to your team.
Our approach to this market is on the Riyadh AEO, GEO and SEO agency page. For neighboring markets, see our Dubai and Qatar lists.
Questions to ask on the first call
- Who on your team writes Arabic content natively, and have they written for Saudi B2B audiences?
- How do you research Arabic keywords, including Gulf dialect and spelling variants?
- Which Vision 2030 sectors have you worked in, and what content did buyers in those sectors respond to?
- How do you test what AI assistants say about us in Arabic, and how will you report changes?
- Can someone from your team meet our Riyadh sales staff in person, and how often?
- How do you handle consent and lead data under Saudi personal data rules?
- How will you connect organic and AI-referred visits to opportunities in our CRM?
- How is pricing scoped for bilingual work compared with English-only work?
Red flags
- Arabic content produced only by translating English pages.
- Nobody on the account team who can review the final Arabic site.
- Generic Vision 2030 messaging with no link to your product or buyer.
- AI visibility reports that test English prompts only.
- Right-to-left pages that break on mobile.
- No clear answer on how lead form data is handled.
- Guaranteed rankings within a fixed number of weeks.
