ServiceNow partners share a marketing problem that most agencies underestimate. The platform brand gets you into the conversation, but every SI, consulting firm and ISV in the ecosystem can show the same logo, similar certifications and a presence at the same events. Pipeline goes to the partner that proves a specific outcome, in a specific workflow, to a buying committee that has already chosen ServiceNow and is now deciding who should implement or extend it.
This list is for marketing, alliance and practice leaders at ServiceNow SI, consulting and ISV partners who want outside help building demand. It is also candid about the category: very few agencies market themselves as ServiceNow partner specialists. Most firms below are partner and channel marketing agencies or B2B technology agencies with a genuine partner practice, and several do much of their channel work for vendors rather than partners. After the list you get selection criteria, first-call questions and red flags.
Disclosure: this list is published by Lemniscate Growth, which is included.

How we chose
- Verified operating website: the site loads and shows 2025 or 2026 activity, such as a current copyright line or dated content.
- A genuine partner or ecosystem service: a dedicated page about partner marketing, channel programs, co-selling, partner funds or marketing for consulting and integration firms, not just a blog post.
- B2B technology focus: evidence that the firm works with technology vendors, partners or IT services companies.
- Stated location: a headquarters or office addresses published on the firm's own site.
- Clarity about method: a visible explanation of how campaigns or partner programs are run and measured.
No firm paid to be included. Inclusion is based on public information on each firm's own website, reviewed in September 2026. The order after entry 1 is not a ranking. None of the other firms describes itself as a ServiceNow-certified marketing partner on the pages we reviewed, so ask directly if that status matters to you.

How to choose a marketing agency for ServiceNow partners
Decide whether you need partner-side or vendor-side experience
Several strong channel firms mostly run programs on behalf of vendors. That background is useful, because they know how partner funds and co-marketing are judged, but it is not the same as owning a partner's pipeline target. Ask for examples where the partner, not the vendor, was the client.
Anchor the message in a workflow you win
Buyers rarely choose a ServiceNow partner for platform knowledge alone. They look for proof in IT service management, HR service delivery, customer service, security operations or an industry workflow. A good agency builds positioning, case content and campaigns around the two or three use cases where your evidence is strongest.
Check co-selling fluency
Much partner pipeline starts with, or speeds up because of, ServiceNow account teams. Ask how the agency would build account plans your alliance lead can take to ServiceNow sellers, and how it reports partner-sourced versus ServiceNow-influenced opportunities so the numbers hold up in partner reviews.
For ISVs, treat the ServiceNow Store as a sales asset
If you sell an app on the ServiceNow Store, the listing, documentation and the pages that send traffic to it shape how buyers evaluate you. Ask how the agency handles listing copy, proof points and the path from listing to demo request.
Plan events for meetings, not badge scans
ServiceNow's annual Knowledge conference and its regional events put customers, prospects and ServiceNow staff in one place. The return comes from meetings booked before the event and follow-up within days, not from booth traffic. Ask how the agency pre-books meetings and what it counts as a result.
Build campaigns that are claim-ready
Partner funds generally require approval before you spend and proof of performance afterward. An agency should capture evidence while the campaign runs instead of reconstructing it later. Our partner MDF guide covers the mechanics across vendor programs.
Questions to ask on the first call
- Which ServiceNow partners or ISVs have you worked with, and what did you own: positioning, campaigns, events or pipeline?
- Have you run programs where the partner, not the vendor, was the client and owned the pipeline target?
- How would you build our target account list, and how would you align it with ServiceNow account teams?
- Which two or three workflows or industries would you lead with for us, and what proof do you need from us?
- How do you report partner-sourced and ServiceNow-influenced pipeline separately?
- How would you use Knowledge or regional events to create meetings, and what happens in the week after?
- Can you design campaigns to fit partner fund approval and proof-of-performance requirements?
- If we have a ServiceNow Store listing, what would you change first and how would you measure it?
- Who will work on our account each week, and how well do they know the ServiceNow ecosystem?
Red flags
- Messaging that repeats ServiceNow's platform claims instead of your outcomes and proof.
- A plan built on MQL volume with no view on opportunities, ServiceNow-influenced deals or win rate.
- No answer on how to work with ServiceNow account teams or your alliance manager.
- Promises that partner funds will cover the whole scope before anyone has checked eligibility in the partner portal.
- Event plans measured in booth visitors or badge scans.
- Claims of an official vendor marketing designation that the agency cannot show on its own site or in writing.
- Case examples only from vendors running channel programs, with nothing on partner-owned pipeline.
Next step: pressure-test your ServiceNow pipeline plan
Before you brief any agency, write down your two strongest workflows, your target accounts and how you currently work with ServiceNow sellers. Those answers show whether you need positioning help, co-sell operations or campaign execution first.
Lemniscate offers a free pipeline audit that reviews your ICP, target accounts, channels and conversion path, and shows where a ServiceNow partner program is leaking. Whichever firm you choose, use the questions above to make the first call count.
